I built JC Media from the ground up around long-term client relationships and practical marketing programs across paid media, SEO, websites, content, photography, and video.

As Founder and Marketing Operations Lead, I serve as the primary client partner from discovery and proposals through strategy, reporting, renewals, and problem-solving. I translate business goals into clear, executable work while leading employees and remote specialists across multiple accounts.

I stay hands-on with Google Search and Performance Max campaigns, conversion tracking, performance analysis, website projects, and creative direction. I’ve also built sales, onboarding, reporting, and quality-control systems that support consistent delivery and team independence.

Alongside agency work, I create commercial, editorial, event, portrait, and real-estate visual stories through Jaron Cass Creative. My background in sales, hospitality, real estate, construction, and guest operations has made me resourceful, adaptable, and focused on clear communication.
