I'm looking to lead customer-facing teams or grow consultative sales relationships, using coaching, performance management, and clear communication to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.

I'm leading a remote team at Influx supporting an international fintech client, where I maintain service quality, performance targets, and customer satisfaction.

I onboard and train new hires, monitor KPIs and quality metrics, and work with client stakeholders to improve processes and identify coaching opportunities.

Previously, I supported customers through chat and email at Influx, resolving account and payment issues with clear, accurate, customer-focused communication in a fast-paced remote environment.

At Guardian Life of the Caribbean, I consulted with individuals and families on insurance and investment solutions, built long-term client relationships, and generated business through networking, referrals, and consultative sales.
