What I'm looking for

I seek research or data roles where I can apply quantitative and qualitative skills, lead field or project teams, and deliver actionable insights that drive program or business decisions.

I am a detail-oriented Research and Data Analyst with a multidisciplinary background in Mathematics, Economics, and Psychology, and hands-on experience collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data using Excel, SPSS, SQL, Power BI, Python, and R. I have led field teams, designed questionnaires for tools like KoboCollect, SurveyToGo and ODK, and produced reports and presentations that informed senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.

My project experience includes multi-country ICT research, evaluations of youth employment programs, and studies on health and accountability in informal settlements; I combine rigorous methods with practical project management and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) skills to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
