Odhiambo Allan
@odhiamboallan
I am an analytical economist-statistician delivering data-driven research, M&E, and policy insights.
What I'm looking for
I am an Economics and Statistics graduate specialized in research, program monitoring and evaluation, and applied data analysis, with hands-on field and quantitative experience.
At the Central Bank of Kenya I conducted macroeconomic and sectoral research (GDP, inflation, trade, BoP), designed and administered digital surveys using Kobo Toolbox and SurveyMonkey, and processed large datasets using Stata, R and EViews. I developed Power BI dashboards, performed financial modeling and stress testing, and contributed analysis and briefs used by the Monetary Policy Committee.
I improved data quality through rigorous cleaning, reconciliation and quality checks, and I combine technical skills (Python, SQL, MATLAB, SPSS, Power BI) with strong communication and stakeholder engagement to translate analysis into policy and program decisions. I am motivated to apply my skills to data-informed social impact and sustainable investment work in emerging markets.
