I've supported HR operations at Eden Transport & Logistics Ltd, managing recruitment, employee records, contracts, disciplinary procedures, attendance, leave, and payroll support.
I improved attendance management to achieve 100% compliance with reporting schedules and strengthened HR record-keeping and compliance documentation. I also liaised with NTSA and KRA on vehicle and staff compliance while serving as a communication link between management and employees.
I've also supported HR administration at the Ministry of Interior, facilitated youth training across multiple Kenyan counties, and bring experience in customer engagement, data capture, cash reconciliation, and office administration.
