I am a detail-oriented and dedicated HR professional with over three years of practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll support, and HR systems management. I have coordinated full-cycle recruitment, supported payroll and attendance reporting, and maintained compliant personnel records across multiple organisations.

In previous roles I helped implement a new HRIS to streamline workflows and reduce data errors, developed and managed employee training programs, and participated actively in policy enforcement and conflict resolution. I am proficient with Workday, BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors and comfortable producing HR reports and analyses to support decision-making.
