What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote behavioral health, crisis support, client support, or care coordination role where I can provide trauma-informed support, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with care teams.

I've supported individuals with IDD, autism, mental-health challenges, behavioral concerns, memory-care needs, and substance-use concerns for 15 years.

At The Roland Center, I provide direct behavioral and emotional support, monitor client presentation and progress, document incidents, and communicate changes with supervisors and treatment teams.

Previously, at Eagle Rock and Sunnyside, I facilitated groups, supported vulnerable youth and adults, and trained caregivers and employee teams on behavioral observation, documentation, client dignity, and consistent responses to challenging behaviors.

My seven years in medical billing and healthcare administration at CMRE also strengthened my EMR/EHR, HIPAA compliance, records accuracy, and healthcare documentation skills.
