I am looking for a role that allows me to lead impactful crisis services, foster team collaboration, and contribute to the well-being of individuals in need.

I am a dedicated professional with over 11 years of experience in crisis management, program leadership, and team management. My journey has been marked by a proven track record in quality assurance and developing training curricula, particularly within the behavioral health and crisis intervention sectors. I am passionate about delivering effective support while maintaining compliance with professional standards, ensuring that individuals receive the best possible care.

In my current role as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Unified Care Group, I develop and manage behavior support plans, continuously evaluating strategies for optimal effectiveness.
