I am a people management specialist with hands-on experience in learning and development, onboarding, and HR service delivery. I have managed end-to-end training administration, conducted training needs analysis, and partnered with managers and external providers to deliver programs aligned with business goals.

In my current role I process Business Development Fund requests using SAP to support employee training and certifications, monitor pre-employment requirements, and onboard new hires into HRIS platforms like Sprout. I maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

Previously, I worked in HR service delivery at Accenture where I reviewed and validated pre-employment requirements, coordinated pre-employment medical exams, prepared offer letters, and maintained employee records in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. I also managed recruitment and onboarding workflows through ServiceNow and an ATS.

I hold a BS in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Development Management and certifications as a Certified Learning and Development Professional and Basic First Aid Training. I bring a practical, process-focused approach to improving onboarding, training administration, and employee engagement.
