I've built customer relationships, training experiences, and operational programs across Epignosis, Neighborly Software, QGenda, FedEx Ground, Coyote Logistics, and Apple.

At Neighborly Software, I managed a $600K ARR client portfolio, led platform implementations, and facilitated onboarding and training for new functionality and full platform adoption. I also created instructional documentation that helped clients build long-term platform knowledge and self-service capability.

My logistics background includes coordinating more than 100 daily routes at FedEx Ground and managing relationships with more than 100 national accounts at Coyote Logistics. Across these roles, I've communicated complex information clearly, coordinated stakeholders, and resolved issues in fast-paced environments.

I'm working toward workforce development, bringing psychology and leadership education alongside 10+ years of relationship-building, program coordination, data-informed decision-making, and training experience. I want to connect employers, education and training providers, and community partners to strengthen regional talent pipelines.
