I'm looking to lead high-impact change, learning, and talent transformation initiatives that build capability, minimize resistance, and create sustainable adoption across cross-functional and global teams.

I've led workplace, culture, and digital learning transformation initiatives for BGIS Canada’s financial institution clients, including work affecting 15,000+ employees. I designed change plans, facilitated 20+ technology transformation workshops, and helped achieve 90%+ post-event adoption and satisfaction.
