I’m looking for full-time remote roles where I can support operations and customer experience through reliable communication, scheduling, CRM-driven workflow tracking, and organized documentation—working independently across time zones.

I’m a Customer Experience and Operations Support Specialist with hands-on experience coordinating administrative workflows in fully remote environments. I manage customer inquiries, scheduling, and day-to-day operations while keeping records accurate and up to date.

I’m skilled at CRM management (HubSpot), email and inbox management, reporting, and workflow tracking. I build structured communication workflows for follow-ups, scheduling requests, and documentation so tasks move forward without delays.

In my freelance virtual assistant work, I support business planning through research and information gathering, and I improve operational clarity through data management and quality checks.
