I seek roles in HR, volunteer or program coordination where I can apply data-driven operations, improve engagement, and support people-centered delivery.

I am a psychology undergraduate with a minor in management who leads volunteer and program operations across student organizations, focusing on human resources, member engagement, and event coordination.

I have designed trackers, assessment tools, and operational databases using Google Sheets and Forms, led recruitment and volunteer briefings, and managed logistics for fundraisers and shelter and hospital programs.

My work has produced measurable outcomes—fundraising revenue generation, fully staffed events, and improved program monitoring—and I prioritize evidence-based, people-centered approaches to engagement and program improvement.
