What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to begin my human resources career, contributing to recruitment, talent acquisition, employee-focused programs, and collaborative workplace initiatives.

I've led mental health awareness programs with the Psychology Society at Palawan State University, reaching more than 200 students and supporting community well-being initiatives.

As a Peer Facilitator, I represented the organization at Iwahig Prison and conducted mental health sessions for Persons Deprived of Liberty. My psychology studies, focused on Industrial Organization, are strengthening my foundation for a human resources career.

I've also organized more than 10 college events as CBO Events Chairperson, coordinating schedules, departments, and team responsibilities to increase participation by 20%.

In the Society of Petroleum Engineers, I managed financial transactions with 100% documentation accuracy, improved record retrieval time by approximately 30%, and maintained transparent financial communications. I'm a Certified Human Resource Associate who brings event coordination, data management, and team leadership to people-focused work.
