What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an OJT where I can apply Industrial-Organizational Psychology in workplace and human resource settings. I want to strengthen communication and teamwork while learning how psychology supports organizational development.

I’m a dedicated third-year Bachelor of Science in Psychology student from Far Eastern University, with a growing interest in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and workplace development. Through coursework and research experiences, I’ve built foundational knowledge in psychological assessment, organizational behavior, communication, and human relations.

I’ve gained hands-on organizational exposure through my roles in the FEU Psychology Society and as a Tamaraw Volunteer, where I coordinated external affairs, managed partnerships communications, and documented events through photo and written coverage. I’m adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, and I’m currently seeking an OJT opportunity to apply psychological concepts in organizational and human resource settings.
