What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a high-impact, growth-oriented role where I can leverage coordination, communication, and data management to support recruitment, training, and HR workflow improvements with strong stakeholder collaboration.

I’m a Certified Human Resource Associate with experience supporting recruitment coordination, training management, and program execution across government and private sector environments. I bring strong organizational skills, adaptability, and effective communication through public speaking and facilitation.

As an Assistant Program Officer and HR Assistant at the Quezon City Public Employment Service Office, I managed recruitment coordination for 50+ applicants, including screening and 10+ interview schedules. I also maintained and secured 290+ employee records and monitored attendance for 80+ plantilla employees.

In my HR and training roles, I built tracking systems using Google Sheets (with formulas) and created evaluation and monitoring workflows using Google Sheets & Forms. I led process improvements in employee renewal workflows and supported HR policy implementation, while coordinating end-to-end execution of 15+ training programs with 30–70 participants.

Before this, I gained hands-on HR operations exposure as a Government Intern [GIP] and as an HR Intern for employee services at Borland Development Corporation, where I maintained employee records and HR databases, supported onboarding (ID and uniform issuance), and assisted with attendance tracking. I’m now seeking a high-impact, growth-oriented role where I can strengthen coordination, communication, and data management.
