What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote Customer Success role where I can build strong client relationships, support users in achieving their goals and contribute to long term satisfaction and retention. I value clear communication, trust and a collaborative team environment.

I have a background in education and training; I have developed strong communication, problem solving and relationship-building skills. In my role, I regularly manage high volume interactions, support individuals with different needs and guide them step by step through challenges to help them succeed.

I enjoy creating positive, supportive experiences and making complex information easy to understand. I also use tools like ChatGPT to improve communication and streamline workflows, which helps me work more efficiently and intentionally.

I am now looking to transition into a Customer Success role where I can build strong client relationships, support users effectively, and contribute to a positive overall experience.
