At StyleClique, I manage the daily operations of an online clothing and accessories business, from customer enquiries through delivery follow-up. I process an average of 150 orders per month.

I communicate with customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and Telegram, advising on products and resolving order issues. I also coordinate appointments, deliveries and pickups around supplier and courier availability.

I maintain inventory, payment and order records, and organize receipts and business documents in a structured digital folder system. I also write and publish product listings and promotional content, including graphics made in Canva.

My administrative work includes scheduling, record keeping, document preparation and internet research. I use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, Notion and AI-assisted productivity tools, and I’m available for remote or onsite full-time, part-time or freelance roles.
