What I'm looking for
I’m a Team Lead of Member Services at HealthPartners, performing elevated responsibilities in a 200-person department. I mentor new hires, take escalated complaints, and act as a project liaison to keep resolution moving.
I consistently problem-solve members’ concerns through in-depth research and communication with various companies and/or departments. I advocate for members’ needs while balancing within-company processes, and I serve as one of the few trusted representatives for complex and valuable accounts.
Before HealthPartners, I built a strong foundation in customer relations and support. At Coborns Delivers, I delivered confident, professional service in high-stress situations, managed customer accounts, and worked to appease appropriately by gauging dissatisfaction. Earlier, as an Executive Assistant at Acoustics Associates, I edited and sent bids to contractors to ensure efficient communication and maintained an organized system for accurate, timely communication for clients and managers.
