I seek a role combining logistics/dispatch and customer service where I can apply operational experience and growing technical skills to improve efficiency and support team success.

I am a dedicated logistics and customer service professional with broad experience in dispatch, accounts receivable, payroll, and local delivery operations. I have managed carrier packets, rate proposals, hiring decisions, vehicle maintenance oversight, route planning, and customer relations while delivering dependable service.

Currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Programming with a strong IT fundamentals certificate (GPA 3.90), I combine hands-on transportation experience with growing technical skills in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Office to improve processes and support organizational success.
