Jamie Natton
@jamienatton
I deliver high-consequence software programmes across regulated, data-heavy platforms.
What I'm looking for
I delivered the UK's Electronic Travel Authorisation programme at CACI, coordinating 80 engineers, eight teams and three suppliers to meet a legislative deadline with no slip. I built the delivery operating model, managed programme risk with senior civil servants, and shipped coordinated Kubernetes releases without integration defects across supplier services.
More recently, I've led delivery for Isla's carbon-accounting travel capability, Funko's personalised figure MVP, and RankBee's AI analytics delivery model. My background in RPA development and business analysis helps me turn complex operational rules, data pipelines and integrations into products teams can reliably ship.
