We are AND Digital, a company founded in 2014 by Paramjit Uppal with a clear mission: to close the world's Digital Skills Gap. We recognised early on that software and data are at the heart of everything, meaning every business, regardless of its industry, is now a tech business. To truly innovate, compete, and delight customers, businesses need their own people equipped with the right digital skills. That's where we come in. We partner with organisations to accelerate their digital delivery, not just by building digital products and stronger teams, but by fundamentally upskilling their people along the way. Our unique 'Guide, Build, Equip' model ensures that when we work with our clients, we're not just delivering a solution; we're embedding the knowledge and capabilities within their teams to own their digital future.
