I am an astute and exceptionally dedicated Human Resources professional with hands-on experience across HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations. I consistently manage multiple priorities with precision and a high degree of excellence.
I have partnered with senior leadership—CEOs and CFOs—on budgets, salary audits, board meetings and HR strategy, and I created an Employee Handbook and organizational structure for Volleyball Canada while implementing an EAP program.
