I'm transitioning into Customer Success, Customer Support, and Hospitality Technology, while developing my knowledge of SaaS, CRM systems, and Customer Success methodology.

At Paddy's Point, I serve a large international customer base in a high-volume hospitality environment. I use BDP POS/TPV across fixed terminals and handheld systems to manage orders, payments, refunds, and daily system operations.

At Elevate Fitness, I provide personalised strength and conditioning coaching, adapting programmes to clients’ goals and tracking their progress. Earlier, at Protech Construction, I progressed from apprentice to supervising a six-person crew.
