What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can use and develop my customer-service and event operations skills in a collaborative team, with clear expectations, training, and chances to take on responsibility.

I am a disciplined, coachable customer-service professional with experience in fast-paced retail hospitality and event stewarding. I excel at staying calm under pressure, meeting strict deadlines, training new staff, and delivering positive experiences for customers and spectators.
