What I'm looking for

I seek hands-on technical roles where I can diagnose and repair systems, improve SOPs, support users, and grow in systems administration and asset management.

Experienced Tier 2 IT technician with a Fintech background.
Along with Tier 1 & 2 troubleshooting via our ITIL system, I led an initiative to redefine the onboarding experience for employees. In doing so I authored the guide my team follows to provide a smooth employee onboarding experience. This resulted in less Tickets for passwords, permissions, or missing computer equipment by proactively partnering with managers to confirm all new hire needs where met.
Currently studying Python and PHP as I’m looking to take my career into development.
