I am an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support, network design, and systems maintenance. I bring hands-on experience diagnosing hardware and software faults, performing backups, and implementing security protocols to protect organizational data.

In my current role as an ICT Technician I manage network implementation and monitoring, maintain inventories, liaise with external vendors, and recommend infrastructure improvements. I have a track record of resolving technical issues, training users, and documenting processes to improve team efficiency.

Previously I provided technical support for Bravo systems and worked in distribution and technical support roles where I developed strong customer service, troubleshooting, and hardware installation skills. I take initiative on side projects to expand my knowledge and better serve customers and teams.

I am motivated to contribute to an organization’s growth while continuing to expand my IT skill set, particularly in networking, system administration, and technical support, and I adapt quickly to new technologies and environments.
