I’m looking for a strategic HR business partner role where I can align people strategy to growth and transformation, use workforce planning and people analytics, and build high-performance, inclusive cultures across global teams.

I’m a Strategic HR Business Partner with experience across cloud-native SaaS (Kubernetes), global semiconductor (Analog Devices), and IT services environments. I partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business growth and transformation, using workforce planning, organisational design, performance management cycles, and talent reviews to drive measurable outcomes.
