At Sierra, I led commercial strategy across Hydration, Travel, Luggage, Backpacks, Camping, and Tech Accessories as the business grew from 6 to 140 stores. I grew Hydration from $300K to $8M and built Travel from $1.5M to $30M by connecting consumer behavior, trend-right products, pricing, and assortment strategy.

I also launched a rugged luggage line with a UK-based partner and helped scale a supplier relationship across TJX banners that generated approximately $500M in TJX sales in 2025.

Previously, I owned a $50M hardgoods business at The Clymb and led full divisional planning at Next Adventure, where I grew paddlesports from $300K to $3M and built a kayak school serving 3,000 annual clients. I bring 20+ years of experience turning consumer insight and sales data into category growth across outdoor, travel, hydration, and accessories.
