What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting enterprise IT infrastructure through hands-on troubleshooting, device deployment, asset management, and documentation that improves end-user service and operational consistency.

At Bowman Consulting Group, I support enterprise IT infrastructure across local and remote offices by deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting workstations, laptops, and network devices.

I manage IT assets and inventory records, coordinate hardware deployments across multiple locations, and create SOPs, technical documentation, and user guides that improve consistency and troubleshooting efficiency.

I also perform occasional data center work, including rack-mounted server installation and removal, drive replacement, and cable management, while using Linux command-line tools for file management, log review, and basic troubleshooting.

My operations background includes financial reconciliation and client coordination at Law Office of KLN, PLLC, as well as high-volume package processing and recordkeeping at FedEx Ground, where I helped support the region's lowest misdelivery rate.
