I’m a customer-focused professional currently working with Wells Fargo International Solutions, LLC, where I handle financial products and services by reviewing clients’ accounts and providing offshore, systems-based, empathetic voice support. I take pride in delivering service that’s both efficient and communicatively effective, with strict adherence to bank and company protocols and regulations.

Before this, I strengthened my communications and leadership foundation as a Public Relations and Promotions Manager, where I spearheaded team collaborations and supported the development of an IMC Plan. I helped with creative briefs, delivered research-backed ideas, aligned executions to client requirements, and managed the project’s social media presence by scheduling posts, composing captions, and ensuring all promotional initiatives matched the brief.

Across my academic and organizational roles, I’ve consistently gravitated toward coordinating people, refining messaging, and improving customer or audience experiences. Whether I’m editing publication materials, contributing to literature-related content, or working with committees on recruitment and publicity, I aim to bring clarity, structure, and a service mindset that helps teams and stakeholders move forward confidently.
