I am looking for opportunities that blend hospitality with AI technology, fostering innovation and enhancing guest experiences.

As a dedicated Guest Relations Executive, I have honed my skills in delivering luxury-level support to international guests at the Corinthia Hotel St. George’s Bay in Malta. My experience includes managing special requests, escalations, and VIP relations, all while maintaining a focus on empathy and speed. I have also taken on additional responsibilities as Night Auditor and Acting Shift Leader, where I excelled in problem resolution and process control.

My journey in hospitality began with an internship in Rome, where I supported restaurant operations and enhanced guest communication. I am currently pursuing a Master in Hotel Management, which complements my degree in Hospitality Management. My passion for the industry is matched by my ambition to transition into the AI gaming sector, where I can leverage my expertise in CRM and hospitality systems alongside emerging technologies like AI and productivity tools.
