Supported American Airlines Cargo operations, handling inbound customer inquiries by phone and email on air cargo shipments and logistics. Managed cargo bookings, sales, rating, shipment tracking, and flight schedule checks in iCargo.

Created purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP; managed production planning, inventory control, and raw material movement. Managed warehouse operations, including finished material movement, packing material verification and reconciliation, and packing development and design.

Completed Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering on a shift basis while working full-time.

Completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
