Across Symbio, Intrado, the Bureau of Meteorology, and Aspire Zone Foundation, I've delivered and supported voice, video, VoIP, contact center, and collaboration systems in enterprise, private, government, healthcare, and sports environments. I bring hands-on experience with Cisco Call Manager, UCCX, Microsoft Teams, Intune, ServiceNow, LAN/WAN infrastructure, Cisco Wireless, NICE CX, Calabrio, and call-recording platforms. I lead complex migrations, including Cisco UC upgrades from 8.x to 10.x, while minimizing business disruption.
