Engineered and deployed highly secure ICT infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving issues across defence infrastructure and applications. Designed and published ICT defence documentation to national standards and coordinated major backup and disaster recovery initiatives.

Served as escalation point for on-prem and cloud infrastructure issues, supporting VMware and Hyper-V environments. Built Azure-replicated server and identity infrastructure, decommissioned NetBackup by engineering an Azure replacement to reduce costs by over $2,000 AUD per month, and migrated infrastructure to Azure Update Manager/ARC tooling.

Advised the GM and CIO on technical strategy and cloud adoption while managing Windows and Linux environments with a focus on system security and data integrity. Built Azure App Services infrastructure for the PRISM psychometric testing platform and Mental Fitness App, and led escalation, PIRs, and root-cause analysis in a high-uptime environment.

Implemented and administered Microsoft infrastructure, including SCCM, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Services, Group Policy, Active Directory, IIS, DPM, and file shares. Administered Meraki/Cisco/Netgear networking and security tooling (e.g., Cisco Umbrella), automated updates with PowerShell, and maintained PRTG monitoring alongside Office 365 and WSUS management.

Administered the ServiceNow platform and addressed critical technical issues under high-pressure conditions. Performed testing and maintenance of network and server systems while serving as onsite technician across multiple businesses to improve support and interoperability.

Completed a Bachelor of Arts focused on ICT network design and security.

Earned the Microsoft Azure Associate certification (AZ-104).
