What I'm looking for

I am seeking roles where I can lead operations or product initiatives, apply analytics to improve performance, mentor teams, and drive measurable growth in a collaborative, growth-minded organization.

I am an entrepreneurial founder with proven experience launching and scaling a product-based business, driving a 25% sales increase through strategic pricing, branding, and customer engagement. I manage end-to-end operations including procurement, vendor negotiation, inventory control, and data-informed decision making.

I bring hands-on retail leadership experience managing teams of 12+ staff, optimizing labor and payroll, and supporting marketing and merchandising initiatives to meet sales and profit goals. I also mentor and teach, having supported incoming STEM students through workshops in research methods, data interpretation, and professional development.

Academically, I hold a B.S. in Biology with research experience in immunology and animal studies and am pursuing an MBA focused on Healthcare Management and Data Analytics.
