I handled customer inquiries at Access Bank Plc, guiding people through mobile banking registration, USSD activation, and ATM card services while keeping records confidential and up to date. I focused on professional, timely support and collaborating with colleagues to deliver efficient service.

Before that, I supported day-to-day administrative work at Frankbotics Technologies through report and correspondence preparation, event logistics coordination, and documentation for technology publications. I also led financial literacy outreach as Community Development Service President and facilitated financial education for over 100 youth and adults through the National Peer Group Educator Programme.
