I’m looking to apply customer service, organization, and leadership while supporting students through individualized, data-driven behavior interventions. I want a safe, professional environment where I can communicate clearly with families and help people succeed.

I’m a responsible, ambitious, and patient individual focused on maintaining a safe and professional environment. I’m highly experienced in problem-solving and effectively communicating with students, customers, colleagues, and management.

Most recently, I’ve worked as an ABA Therapist Paraprofessional at NY Center for Autism Treatment, where I implemented individualized behavior intervention plans, collected and analyzed data on client progress, and used positive reinforcement to motivate and reinforce desired behaviors. I monitored the classroom to minimize distractions and communicated regularly with parents/caregivers.

Before that, I supported learning and daily routines as a Teaching Assistant at The TJX Companies’ GoK Daycare and Learning Center, and handled customer-focused responsibilities as a Sales Associate. Across roles, I’ve strengthened my organization, leadership, classroom management, and preparation skills—while staying calm, consistent, and solution-oriented.
