What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support infants and children with engaging curriculum and safe care, apply ABA-informed behavior strategies, and collaborate with a team focused on growth, consistency, and family-centered progress.

I’m a dedicated early childhood educator and customer-facing professional with experience spanning early childhood education, behavior intervention, hospitality, and retail. I’m skilled at building relationships, maintaining safe and organized environments, and adapting to diverse roles, and I hold active First Aid and CPR certifications.

In my current role as an Infant Teacher, I design and deliver developmentally appropriate activities and provide attentive daily care, including adherence to safe sleep practices. Previously, as a Behavior Intervention Technician, I implemented individualized behavior intervention plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, delivered one-on-one therapy sessions, and used data collection and documentation to inform treatment decisions—while also strengthening communication and daily living skills.
