What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote technical support roles where I can guide users, troubleshoot complex systems, and resolve issues quickly. I want a team that values both technical excellence and user experience, with room to contribute wherever it’s most useful.

I’m a remote technical support professional with more than eight years of experience guiding users through complex systems, especially in SaaS environments and POS platforms. I combine strong communication with hands-on troubleshooting to help customers get back to working productively.

In my most recent role at SkyCom BPO (NeighborHealth Contact Center), I create medical records for new patients, help patients access MyChart accounts, and provide guidance on health insurance. I also schedule appointments across medical specialties and serve as the main point of contact between patients and specialty providers.

Previously, at Orderport and Teleperformance, I supported clients with portal usage, POS devices, and TV/fiber/VoIP services, identifying system errors and regional outages and escalating critical issues. I’ve coordinated with developers for issue resolution, handled customer retention and billing clarification, and even generated sales reports and designed web layouts—so I’m comfortable both solving problems and improving the user experience.
