What I'm looking for
I’m a remote technical support professional with more than eight years of experience guiding users through complex systems, especially in SaaS environments and POS platforms. I combine strong communication with hands-on troubleshooting to help customers get back to working productively.
In my most recent role at SkyCom BPO (NeighborHealth Contact Center), I create medical records for new patients, help patients access MyChart accounts, and provide guidance on health insurance. I also schedule appointments across medical specialties and serve as the main point of contact between patients and specialty providers.
Previously, at Orderport and Teleperformance, I supported clients with portal usage, POS devices, and TV/fiber/VoIP services, identifying system errors and regional outages and escalating critical issues.
