What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote IT support/help-desk role where I can troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft Office 365, resolve tickets quickly, and support enterprise users while improving service quality and operational efficiency.

I’m a detail-oriented IT Support Specialist with extensive help desk experience, troubleshooting, and high-volume call support (30–50 calls daily). I focus on resolving technical issues efficiently, providing clear user guidance, and keeping service delivery smooth through consistent ticket handling.

In my recent remote Tier 1 role, I troubleshot devices and system issues for employees, managed and resolved service tickets, and escalated complex problems to the right teams. I also supported user guidance and training, helping enterprise users move past issues quickly and confidently.

Earlier, I led a Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration project, installing and configuring systems and medical software while ensuring HIPAA compliance and IT standards. I bring a strong customer service foundation, including conflict resolution, account and system configuration, device/network support, and team leadership—so I can deliver both technical accuracy and dependable service.
