What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented IT Support Specialist with extensive help desk experience, troubleshooting, and high-volume call support (30–50 calls daily). I focus on resolving technical issues efficiently, providing clear user guidance, and keeping service delivery smooth through consistent ticket handling.
In my recent remote Tier 1 role, I troubleshot devices and system issues for employees, managed and resolved service tickets, and escalated complex problems to the right teams. I also supported user guidance and training, helping enterprise users move past issues quickly and confidently.
