I've led banking and NBFC operations across Cholamandalam Investment and Finance, DCB Bank, HDB Financial Services, IndusInd Bank, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank. With 25 years in sales and marketing and 20 years in banking and NBFCs, I focus on branch growth, collections, customer relationships, and revenue delivery.

At Cholamandalam, I managed 11 branches and teams of Collection Field Executives and BBM/BCOM staff to deliver X-bucket collections against a 99.5% benchmark and support hard-bucket resolution to control NPA and NCL.

At DCB Bank, I launched a branch and drove CASA acquisition, branch book growth, advances, insurance cross-selling, and daily micro-marketing for leads. Earlier, I managed teams and portfolios across HDB Financial Services, IndusInd Bank, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank, covering assets, liabilities, investments, insurance, loans, operations, and high-net-worth client relationships.
