What I'm looking for
I am a workplace experience and operations leader with 6+ years designing and managing people-centered environments within multinational organizations. I combine strategic thinking and hands-on execution across facilities management, employee experience, and organizational transformation.
At AstraZeneca Costa Rica I managed a $1.8M annual operations budget for a +4,500 m² site, led a ~$2M CAPEX new office floor project, and delivered a $300K HVAC overhaul that improved comfort and reduced energy use. I also built a facilities automation ecosystem using Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate to enable data-driven decision making.
I created and led the Global Wellbeing Ambassadors program, co-led AstraZeneca’s Global Finance Excellence Award initiative, and drove Ecological Blue Flag (PBAE) certifications through sustainability programs. Previously I managed operations and EHS, delivered recurring civil construction projects, and executed community infrastructure projects including innovative, sustainable housing and drainage solutions.
I hold an MBA and a B.Sc. in Construction Engineering, and I am pursuing PMP certification. I seek roles where I can blend facilities and workplace strategy, project delivery, and sustainability to create inclusive, high-performing environments.
