What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an immediate-start role where I can support a business remotely through client communication, lead generation, sales support, administration, and organised day-to-day coordination.

At Zone Fitness, I managed client communication from first contact through sign-up and ongoing follow-up, while owning lead generation and building a consistent pipeline of new clients.

I generated the highest revenue of any consultant at Zone Fitness in a single month and was awarded Top Rookie for my sales results. My experience in retail sales also strengthened my ability to provide attentive customer service, sell proactively, and support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

I'm currently completing a BA in International Relations at Stellenbosch University while balancing full-time parenting responsibilities. This has sharpened my time management, discipline, resilience, and ability to work independently.

I'm ready to bring my client communication, sales, administrative coordination, and remote-support skills to a new role immediately.
