Jaelan Sarratt

I’m seeking employment to gain experience within my skill set from my education. With some work history, I’m willing to participate in an entry-level, part-time, or full-time position.

I’ve built a strong foundation through my coursework in configuring and diagnosing secure networks, applying IT support and security skills, and troubleshooting computer hardware and operating systems. I’m currently completing Google IT Support Specialist Certificate coursework through Coursera.

In my temporary role as a Quality Inspector, I focused on attention to detail, examining defects with tools, and recording/documenting inspection results to meet quality standards. I also bring customer-facing and organization skills from my seasonal stock associate work at Kohls.

My ability to learn and gain knowledge is one of my greatest assets. I want to apply my IT knowledge and problem-solving mindset in a role where I can keep developing while contributing reliably from day one.
