I’m an entry-level PC Technician and IT support professional who enjoys solving problems quickly and accurately. I diagnose and repair damaged or non-functional desktops, laptops, and peripherals, then verify system functionality after every fix.

In a high-volume environment, I’ve supported business clients by refurbishing and processing devices, performing hardware troubleshooting, replacing components, and maintaining a smooth workflow. My approach is practical: identify the issue, correct the hardware, and confirm performance so users can rely on the result.

Before and alongside IT work, I built strong customer-facing skills as a McDonald’s crew member and a toy store crew member. I handled order accuracy and timing, managed a small drive-thru team, resolved customer complaints, maintained stockroom standards, and supported customers in a friendly, dependable way.
