I am a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service, coaching, and medical courier roles. My journey began with a focus on guest services at Placer SPCA, where I assisted numerous customers daily, handling everything from adoption paperwork to appointment scheduling. This role honed my skills in managing difficult situations and enhanced my proficiency with various computer systems.

In addition to my customer service experience, I have a strong background in coaching preschool-aged children at Tricks Gymnastics.
