I’m looking for a role where I can use my insurance claims analysis, reporting (Excel/Tableau), and leave/absence expertise to ensure compliance, improve outcomes, and deliver exceptional, consultative employee-focused support.

I’m a Senior Ability Analyst with 3+ years of experience combining consultative, customer-focused support with detailed insurance and functional-capacity analysis. I administer and advise across leave and absence program concepts including FMLA, ADA, disability, paid family leave, and employer leave programs in HR technology (SaaS) and insurance environments.

At The Hartford Insurance Company, I deliver operational support by conducting detailed claim assessments—identifying policy exclusions and making data-driven recommendations to improve case outcomes. I analyze medical records and physician documentation to assess claimants’ functional capacity and determine eligibility using return-to-work criteria, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

I partner with cross-functional teams, including business consultants and employer representatives, to align claim strategies with organizational goals and deliver tailored solutions that support workforce health and return-to-work outcomes. I also use Excel and Tableau to create end-to-end reports tracking key metrics and trends for management and team decision-making.

Alongside my core responsibilities, I lead communications as part of the Hartford Communications Pillar, creating visually compelling internal and external content with Canva, Lightroom, and Photo Editor. Earlier experience includes Legal Assistant work at State Farm—supporting investigations, liability/damages analysis, reserve rationale, and preparing legal documentation—and marketing and social media roles where I created campaigns, managed content calendars, and applied SEO and keyword research.
