I've built Refined by Design and Fresh Face Fund into platforms that turn strong ideas into clear brands, scalable operations, and meaningful community impact. Through Fresh Face Fund, I've deployed more than $24,000 in grants and resources to over 230 HBCU students through 114+ individual awards.

At ICS Protective Services, I lead business development, recruitment workflows, stakeholder engagement, marketing collateral, and DMV prospecting for strategic FIFA World Cup 2026 hotel and venue partnerships. As Co-Founder, COO, and Board Treasurer of Curve University, I helped formalize a 501(c)(3), negotiate partnerships with 30+ national organizations, and direct 175+ events serving 2,000+ members.

My political science background also informs my work in public policy, federal client relations, fundraising, and advocacy. I've developed legislative research for the U.S. Senate, planned the Henry A. Wallace Symposium at the Institute for Policy Studies, and build systems that make ambitious community-focused work sustainable.
