I’ve led People Operations workstreams at GitLab, including transitioning 120 employees from an EOR to direct employment for entity incorporation, with compliance, payroll readiness, and communications aligned across stakeholders.
Before that, at the Wikimedia Foundation, I redesigned onboarding for a fully distributed workforce and owned end-to-end People Operations for 300+ employees—contracts, payroll coordination, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
I also implemented Dayforce HRIS across 30+ countries, supported data validation and operational reporting, and helped build the policies, handbooks, SOPs, and knowledge resources teams rely on. More recently, I’ve used AI-assisted workflows with Claude and Glean to automate communications and summarise regulatory documentation to speed decisions.
